Do you think I need to attend a course to become a Lingerie designer?

No I don't think you need to go on a course to become a lingerie designer, however you need to work out what type of business you want to run. Are you going to to making the lingerie yourself or outsourcing? This will determined how much knowledge you need to know about certain aspects of the industry.
