Case Study: Wave Commuter

Problem:
The brand needed surf-inspired swimwear produced in Bali, but struggled to communicate design and construction details to the factory across sizes XS–XXXL.

Solution:
I created full tech packs, including technical drawings, coloured versions, construction details, and BOMs, ensuring every detail — fit, grading, zips, and retro colours — was clear.

Result:
The factory produced the designs accurately with minimal revisions, saving time and avoiding costly sampling mistakes.

Case Study: Only Sunday

Problem:
The UK-based brand needed a versatile lingerie top that could be worn two ways to support both smaller cups and fuller busts up to an F cup, with two coordinating briefs, produced in organic cotton across sizes XS–XXXL by a Portuguese factory.

Solution:
I created clear technical drawings and design documentation explaining the reversible construction, fit logic, and colourways to support accurate manufacturing.

Result:
The Portuguese factory produced comfortable, well-fitting pieces that worked as intended across the full size range, with minimal revisions.
